Dear Parents,
My name is Victoria Hamilton, lead teacher of the Pink Group at A Promising Tomorrow ECE program, and I am glad to welcome you and your child to my classroom this year. I graduated from Owens Early Childhood Education Program in 2011, and The University of Toledo in 2017. I have taught in the Early Childhood Field for over 12 years. I have also taught in TPS Schools for 4.5 years, with special needs and medical fragile students.
I am interested in teaching and discovering new methods to enhance my students’ interest and love of learning.
Apart from that, I am always on a quest to meet new people and learn about their individual differences and culture. I am looking forward to getting to knowing each student in my class and their parents. This year will be a challenging one for your child as compared to last year, because of more strict guidelines for progress of preschool age children. However, I will try to make our class even more interesting, so that each child understands as well as enjoy their learning. Moreover, I do not just want to stick to academics and developmental checkpoints. Rather, I am planning activities to develop the creative skills and interests of my students. I hope to make this academic year, an educational as well as a fun-filled year for all my students.
If you would like to meet me to discuss your child’s performance or any other problems that he/she is facing in class, you can feel free to meet me after class between 12:15pm to 1:00pm Monday-Thursday or text me and I will call you at 419-699-6836. It will be appreciated if you tell me a day before for an in-person meeting, so that I can plan for the meeting. Apart from this, you can also e-mail me at victoria_hamilton06@yahoo.com to discuss any concern you have about your child.
Thank You,
Victoria Hamilton
